Recent tabloid press articles may have tried to cast a blinkered dim light on our industry but the indisputable fact is that Arcedia provides a sound structure for practically anyone, regardless of gender, age, education, race or experience with an opportunity to work and earn a decent income for themselves and for the more ambitious a genuine fast progression structure. In this day and age with unemployment levels where they are, with 'credit crunch' regularly popping up in conversation and the ‘benefit’ culture that seems on the increase we provide a fresh approach for the workplace. Whilst we do accept that, as with any business, we will have people start who then decide that sales, or our environment, doesn't suit them we don't accept that it will ever be wrong to give people who want to give it a try, an opportunity to do so.

We provide an opportunity which is not dependant on an individual's education or experience and therefore is 'open' to all.  We have an extensive recruitment team coupled with an intensive training program to assist in providing all applicants with the fundamental basics needed to succeed in our business.  This said however it does not follow that everyone who applies to Arcedia will be suited to our industry or have the right skills to be successful.
