Candidates will have

An established team preferably with industry experience although we would be willing to consider teams from other industries.

A proven track record in leading a successful D2D team or running their own agency.

The ability to Recruit, lead, manage, coach and develop a team of Field Sales Executives.

We’re after someone with strong leadership skills who can make a big impact right from the word go. Fiercely sales-driven and an outstanding negotiator, you will thrive on delivering results.

An expected turnover in your first year of around 300K.
